As grown adults will be driving, I feel confident they will be able to find somewhere to park but, should this not be the case;

I've negotiated a small discount at Palace Farm Hand Car Wash who have offered us ample car parking (on the condition of the car being washed by them).. Update: Caught them at a bad time. Parking all day is included in the hand valet however, they have only offered £1 off the wash. The Key is "Karl's 45th Birthday" (tell them it's my 46th and they'll keep the keys! Not really).

It's a lovely, mainly quiet, 10 minute walk from the car wash to the Bishop's Palace taking in the length of the ancient moat surrounding the palace. Keep an eye out for the Kingfisher and definitely the Swans.

The car wash is only accessible from Silver Street, off of Southover. Please don't take the shortcut through Morrisons behind, though Morrisons can be useful for the two hours of free parking..
